ਫ਼ੈਲਿਕਸ ਬਲੋਕ ਇੱਕ ਮਹਾਨ ਭੌਤਿਕ ਵਿਗਿਆਨੀ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਮਾਅਦੇ ਦੇ ਵੱਖੋ-ਵੱਖਰੇ ਸਿਧਾਂਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕੀਤਾ[੧]। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਸਵਿਟਜ਼ਰਲੈਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਪਰ ਉਸਨੇ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਸੋਧਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ।
