ਸੇਰ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਪਰੰਪਰਾਗਤ ਵਜ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਇਕਾਈ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਚਾਰ ਪਾ ਤੇ 1/40 ਮਣ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਬ੍ਰਿਟਿਸ਼ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਿਤ ਵਜ਼ਨ 2.05715 ਪੌਂਡ ਯਾਨੀ 0,9331 ਕਿਲੋਗਰਾਮ ਸੀ।[1][2]
