ਚਪਲੀ ਕਬਾਬ ਜਾਂ ਚੱਪਲੀ ਕਬਾਬ ਪਸ਼ਤੂਨ ਸ਼ੈਲੀ ਦਾ ਬਾਰੀਕ ਕਬਾਬ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਆਮ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਪੈਟੀ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਮਸਾਲਿਆਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੀਫ, ਮਟਨ ਜਾਂ ਚਿਕਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਚਪਲੀ ਕਬਾਬ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਪੇਸ਼ਾਵਰ ਤੋਂ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।[5] ਪੇਸ਼ਾਵਰੀ ਚਪਲੀ ਕਬਾਬ ਬੀਫ ਨਾਲ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਸਟ੍ਰੀਟ ਫੂਡ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ, ਅਫਗਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ, ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।[6]
ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਪਲੀ ਕਬਾਬ ਭੋਪਾਲ, ਲਖਨਊ, ਦਿੱਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੈਦਰਾਬਾਦ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਟ੍ਰੀਟ ਫੂਡ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।[7] ਚਪਲੀ ਕਬਾਬ ਬੰਗਲਾਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਢਾਕਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਖਾਧੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜੋ ਕਿ ਈਦ-ਉਲ-ਅਜ਼ਹਾ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਤੇ ਰਮਜ਼ਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਫਤਾਰ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਹਨ।
ਚਪਲੀ ਕਬਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂ ਬਨ ਕਬਾਬ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਰਮਾ-ਗਰਮ ਪਰੋਸਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਖਾਧਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।[8]
