ਤਨਾਇਆ ਨਰਿੰਦਰਾ (ਅੰਗ੍ਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਵਿੱਚ: Tanaya Narendra), ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਡਾ. ਕਿਊਟਰਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਇੱਕ ਡਾਕਟਰ, ਭਾਰਤੀ ਜਿਨਸੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਸਿੱਖਿਅਕ, ਭਰੂਣ ਵਿਗਿਆਨੀ, ਅਤੇ ਵਿਗਿਆਨੀ ਹੈ।[1][2][3]

ਉਸਨੂੰ ਜਨਤਕ ਸਿਹਤ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦੇ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਲਈ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 2023[5] ਅਤੇ 2024 ਦੋਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੋਰਬਸ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਚੋਟੀ ਦੇ 100 ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਸਿਤਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੂਚੀਬੱਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ,[6] ਅਤੇ 2023 ਵਿੱਚ ਐਲੇ ਵੈਲਨੈਸ ਮਾਹਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।[7]

ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਜਣਨ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਛੋਟੀ ਉਮਰ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਜਿਨਸੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ।[1][8] ਉਸਨੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਡਾਕਟਰੀ ਦੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਐਮਬੀਬੀਐਸ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ।[9][10] ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਹ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਜਨਨ ਦੇ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਯੂਕੇ ਚਲੀ ਗਈ।[11][12] ਉਸਨੇ ਆਕਸਫੋਰਡ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਲੀਨਿਕਲ ਭਰੂਣ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ।[13][14] ਯੂਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਨੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਇੰਗਲੈਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ।[15][16][17]

ਉਸਨੂੰ ਰਾਇਲ ਸੋਸਾਇਟੀ ਫਾਰ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਹੈਲਥ (FRSPH) ਦੀ ਫੈਲੋ ਵਜੋਂ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੈ।[18] 2020 ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਸਨੇ ਇੰਟਰਨੈੱਟ 'ਤੇ ਜਿਨਸੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਗਲਤ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਡਾ. ਕਿਊਟਰਸ[19] ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਇੰਸਟਾਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਅਕਾਊਂਟ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਹ ਜਿਨਸੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪਹਿਲੂਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।[10][20][19] ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਰ-ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਗਿਆਨਕ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਤਰੀਕਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜਿਨਸੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਹਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।[21][22]

ਉਸਨੇ ' ਡਾ. ਕਿਊਟਰਸ- ਐਵਰੀਥਿੰਗ ਨੋਬਡੀ ਟੇਲਜ਼ ਯੂ ਅਬਾਊਟ ਯੂਅਰ ਬਾਡੀ ' ਨਾਮਕ ਇੱਕ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਲਿਖੀ ਜੋ ਦਸੰਬਰ 2022 ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ।[23][24][25][26] ਇਹ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਇੱਕ ਬੈਸਟਸੈਲਰ ਬਣ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦਾ ਕਈ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 2024 ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਮਰਾਠੀ ਐਡੀਸ਼ਨ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ।

ਤਨਾਇਆ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮਾਂ 'ਤੇ HPV ਟੀਕੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਟੀਕਾਕਰਨ ਪ੍ਰੋਟੋਕੋਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੀਕੇ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਸੌਂਪੀ ਹੈ।[27][28]
