English: Studenterbrød (literally translates as Graduates-bread, but are sometimes referred to as Students-bread). A confectioners cake from Denmark, consisting of raspberry jam smeared onto a crisp baked flaky paste bottom, topped with 'trøffelmasse' and a thin layer of chocolate sprinkled with hundreds and thousands. Only the biscuit bottom is baked. Sometimes 'studenterbrød' are sprinkled with shredded coconut.
