ਬੇਂਜ਼ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ 11 ਦਸੰਬਰ, 1981 ਨੂੰ  ਮਾਰਿਉਪੋਲ, ਯੂਕਰੇਨੀ ਐਸਐਸਆਰ, ਸੋਵੀਅਤ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ। ਇਸਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ, ਕੈਨੇਡੀਅਨ ਸੀ।[2] 7 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਵਿੱਚ, ਇਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਤਾ-ਪਿਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਚਲੀ ਗਈ। ਇਹ ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਹੋਈ।
