ਬਿਸ਼ੰਬਰ ਖੰਨਾ (ਅੰਗ੍ਰੇਜ਼ੀ: Bishamber Khanna) ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਚਿੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਮੀਨਾਕਾਰੀ ਹੈ।[1][2]1930 ਵਿੱਚ ਜਨਮੇ,[3] ਖੰਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਕਈ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸਿਹਰਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ[4] ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਚਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਆਰਟ ਗੈਲਰੀ ਵਰਗੇ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।[5] ਉਸਨੇ 20ਵੇਂ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ[6] ਅਤੇ 22ਵੇਂ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਜਿਊਰੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ।[7]
ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ 1990 ਵਿੱਚ ਚੌਥਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਪਦਮ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ।[8]
