ਭਾਰਤੀ ਗਿਆਨ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀਆਂ (IKS) ਜਾਂ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਗਿਆਨ ਪਰੰਪਰਾ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਗਿਆਨ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਇਰਾਦਾ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ।[1][2] ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2020 ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਇਹ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ AICTE ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਦਫਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ।[1]

ਆਈਕੇਐਸ ਡਿਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਦੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਰੱਖਣ, ਪ੍ਰਾਚੀਨ ਗਿਆਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਜਲਵਾਯੂ ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨ 'ਤੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ, ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਡੀਕਲੋਨੀਜ਼ੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਤ ਵਜੋਂ ਵਿਆਖਿਆ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਬੇਲੋੜੇ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਟਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਤਿਹਾਸ

ਭਾਰਤੀ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੀਤੀ (NEP) ਨੂੰ 2020 ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਨੀਤੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪੱਧਰਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਪਾਠਕ੍ਰਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ IKS ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ 'ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।[3][4][5] ਇਸ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਕ੍ਰੈਡਿਟ ਫਰੇਮਵਰਕ (NCF) ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਚੀਨ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਲਾਵਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਕੋਰਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕ੍ਰੈਡਿਟ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਸੰਭਵ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ।[6] ਭਾਰਤੀ ਰਸਾਇਣ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀ ਲਈ ਵਿਜ਼ਨ 2047 ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ IKS ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।[7] 2022-2023 ਦੇ ਬਜਟ ਵਿੱਚ, IKS ਦੇ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਅਲਾਟਮੈਂਟ ਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਗਣਾ ਕਰਕੇ ₹20 crore (US$2.5 million) ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ।[8]

ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਗ੍ਰਾਂਟਸ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ (UGC) ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ, ਇਹ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਦੇ ਕੁੱਲ ਕ੍ਰੈਡਿਟ ਦਾ 5 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਅੰਡਰਗ੍ਰੈਜੁਏਟ ਅਤੇ ਪੋਸਟ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਟ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ IKS ਕੋਰਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।[9] UGC ਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ 2025 ਤੱਕ IKS ਵਿੱਚ 1.5 ਮਿਲੀਅਨ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਦੇਣਾ ਹੈ[10] ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਔਨਲਾਈਨ IKS MOOC ਕੋਰਸ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।[11]

ਆਈਕੇਐਸ ਨੇ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਗਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਕੁਝ ਖੋਜ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਫੰਡਿੰਗ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ[12] ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਰਕੀਟੈਕਚਰ ਦੇ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ।[13][14][15]

ਵਿਸ਼ੇ

IKS ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਵੈਦਿਕ ਗਣਿਤ, ਅਰਥਸ਼ਾਸਤਰ ਵਰਗੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰ, ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਖਗੋਲ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।[16][17][18] UG ਮੈਡੀਸਨ ਕੋਰਸ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ IKS ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਗਾ, ਧਿਆਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਯੁਰਵੇਦ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਗੇ।[19][20][21]

ਸੱਤ ਪੱਥਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਖੇਡ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਖੇਡ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਿਤ 75 ਖੇਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਹੈ।

ਭਾਰਤੀ ਖੇਡ (ਹਿੰਦੀ: भारतीय खेल, ਅਨੁਵਾਦ: ਭਾਰਤੀ ਖੇਡਾਂ) ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੀਤੀ (NEP) ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਗਿਆਨ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀਆਂ (IKS) ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 75 ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਪਹਿਲ ਹੈ। ਅੰਤਰ-ਸਕੂਲ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।[22] ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਮੌਸਮੀ ਖੇਡ ਚੁਣੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵਧੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਮਾਨਤਾ ਦੇ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।[23]

ਇਸ ਪਹਿਲ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਕਾਰਨ ਭਾਰਤ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ (ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਗਰੀਬ ਅਤੇ/ਜਾਂ ਪੇਂਡੂ) ਲਈ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਕਿਫਾਇਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਲਈ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਟੀਮ ਵਰਕ ਅਤੇ ਰਚਨਾਤਮਕਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਹਨ,[24] ਕਿਉਂਕਿ 2020 ਦੇ NEP ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ "ਬਹੁ-ਪੱਖੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ" ਅਤੇ "ਮਜ਼ੇਦਾਰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ" ਨੂੰ ਤਰਜੀਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ[25] ਅਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।[26][27]

ਇਸ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀ ਲਈ ਭਾਰਤ ਭਰ ਤੋਂ ਕਈ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਚੁਣੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਮੂਲੀ ਭਿੰਨਤਾਵਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਖੇਡੀਆਂ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਮਹਾਂਭਾਰਤ ਵਰਗੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਚੀਨ ਗ੍ਰੰਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਿਤ ਹਨ।[19][28][29] ਸਰੀਰਕ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕੁਝ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਬੋਰਡ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।[30]

ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਗੂਕਰਨ

  • ਜਨਵਰੀ 2024 ਵਿੱਚ IIT ਰੁੜਕੀ ਅਤੇ IIT ਭਿਲਾਈ ਨੇ 29 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2023 ਨੂੰ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਖੋਜ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਪੱਤਰ 'ਤੇ ਹਸਤਾਖਰ ਕੀਤੇ। ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰ, IKS ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ। [31]
  • ਜੁਲਾਈ 2024 ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈਆਈਟੀ ਮੰਡੀ ਨੇ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਊਸੋਪੈਥੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਮਐਸ (ਖੋਜ) ਅਤੇ ਪੀਐਚਡੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੇ। ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਸੰਗੀਤ, ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਸਬੰਧ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਉਠਾ ਕੇ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਰੀਰ, ਮਨ ਅਤੇ ਚੇਤਨਾ ਦੀ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਤੰਦਰੁਸਤੀ ਲਈ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਇਲਾਜ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਮੁੱਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਦੀ ਪੜਚੋਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।[32][33]
  • ਜੁਲਾਈ 2024 ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਚ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ( ਮੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ) ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਡਰਗ੍ਰੈਜੁਏਟ ਅਤੇ ਪੋਸਟ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਮਾਇਣ, ਮਹਾਭਾਰਤ, ਅਤੇ ਅਰਥਸ਼ਾਸਤਰ ਤੋਂ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਸੰਕਲਪਾਂ, ਅਤੇ ਵੈਦਿਕ ਪਾਠ ਅਤੇ ਚਾਣਕਿਆਨੀਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਹੁਨਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ। DHE ਨੇ ਰਾਜ ਭਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ "ਭਾਰਤੀ ਗਿਆਨ ਪਰੰਪਰਾ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ" ਦੀ ਸਿਰਜਣਾ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ।[34]
  • ਅਗਸਤ 2024 ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈਆਈਟੀ ਮੰਡੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੀਟੈਕ ਨਵੇਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਕੋਰਸ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਹ ਕੋਰਸ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦੇ ਆਈਕੇਐਸ ਡਿਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ 'ਚੇਤਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੰਦਰੁਸਤੀ ਦੀ ਜਾਣ-ਪਛਾਣ' ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਕੋਰਸ ਚੇਤਨਾ ਦੇ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ, ਸਰੀਰ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਅਤੇ ਭੌਤਿਕ ਸਰੀਰ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜਸ਼ੀਲਤਾ, ਪੁਨਰਜਨਮ ਅਤੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਭਵਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਈ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਵਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕੁਝ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।[35][36]

ਡਾ. ਬੀ.ਆਰ. ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਆਫ਼ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਟੱਡੀਜ਼ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਮਾਨਸੀ ਥਪਲਿਆਲ ਨਵਾਨੀ ਨੇ ਆਈ.ਕੇ.ਐਸ. ਪਾਠਕ੍ਰਮ ਦੀ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪਨਿਵੇਸ਼ਵਾਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਇਹ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿ "ਸਵਦੇਸ਼ੀ ਗਿਆਨ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਂ ਉਪਨਿਵੇਸ਼ਵਾਦ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਕਾਰ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਤਾਕਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਆਲੋਚਨਾਤਮਕ ਸੰਵਾਦ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ" ਅਤੇ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਆਈ.ਕੇ.ਐਸ. ਪਾਠਕ੍ਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਆਲੋਚਨਾਤਮਕ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਦੀ ਘਾਟ ਹੈ, "ਪੂਰਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਬਣਨ ਲਈ ਉਬਾਲਦਾ ਹੈ।"[37]

ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ IKS ਡਿਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਰੱਖਣ[38] ਪ੍ਰਾਚੀਨ ਗਿਆਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਜਲਵਾਯੂ ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨ[39][40] ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਉਪਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵਜੋਂ ਸਮਝਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਬੇਲੋੜੇ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘਟਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।[41][42][43]

ਇੰਡੀਆ ਟੂਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਆਈਆਈਟੀ ਮੰਡੀ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਲਕਸ਼ਮੀਧਰ ਬੇਹਰਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, "ਆਈਕੇਐਸ ਦੇ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਧਰਮ-ਕੇਂਦ੍ਰਿਤ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨ, ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਸੰਤੁਲਨ, ਅਤੇ ਬੋਧਾਤਮਕ ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ, ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਕਦਰਾਂ-ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਸਥਿਰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਇਕਸਾਰ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਸੋਚ ਨੂੰ ਅਮੀਰ ਬਣਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।" ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ, "ਆਈਕੇਐਸ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਦਰਤ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਸਦਭਾਵਨਾ 'ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ।"[44]
