Community consensus?

Sat Sri Akaal. Please check here Vibhas making edits ignoring the community. Actually the users support for ਹਵਾਲੇ but he created a duplicate ਸੰਦਰਭ and keep on using it not caring about the community. When I undid this he made it again, check here. If the community consensus has no value and then why we make a discussion when it is just to ignore. Is the word "community" just to threaten the admins? Never he been told a single word about his attitude, behaviour and more. Examine properly

I would advise you to examine properly how I welcome people, I sometimes feel like a receptionist in this wiki because of the way I welcome users. Even the message on your page is not a template but one that I alterd specially for non-punjabi speakers. See also the active users talk pages and Archives, see my comments and happy attitude towards them the barnstars and wikilove I give out, I'm the only one here who does this. She is going well dear and working hard. The first thing is that all experienced ones here just try to help the experienced ones. But it's a tragedy that they all take it wrong being harassing as they may don't want to leave there way, that's all.
