ਸਲੀਮਾ ਟੇਟੇ (ਅੰਗ੍ਰੇਜ਼ੀ: Salima Tete; ਜਨਮ 26 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2001) ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਫੀਲਡ ਹਾਕੀ ਖਿਡਾਰਨ ਹੈ।[1][2] 2 ਮਈ 2023 ਨੂੰ, ਉਸਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਫੀਲਡ ਹਾਕੀ ਟੀਮ ਦੀ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ।[3]

[ਸੋਧੋ]ਟੇਟੇ ਝਾਰਖੰਡ ਦੇ ਸਿਮਡੇਗਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਿੰਡ ਤੋਂ ਹੈ। ਉਸਦੇ ਮਾਤਾ-ਪਿਤਾ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਸਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਵੀ ਹਾਕੀ ਖੇਡਦੇ ਸਨ।[4][5]

[ਸੋਧੋ]ਉਸਨੇ 2017 ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਲਾਰੂਸ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਟੀਮ ਲਈ ਆਪਣਾ ਡੈਬਿਊ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।[6]
2018 ਯੂਥ ਓਲੰਪਿਕ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਹ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਦੀ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸਨੇ ਚਾਂਦੀ ਦਾ ਤਗਮਾ ਜਿੱਤਿਆ।[7]
2021 ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਸਨੂੰ ਟੋਕੀਓ ਓਲੰਪਿਕ ਲਈ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।[8]
