ਸ਼ਬਨਮ ਅਸਥਾਨਾ (ਅੰਗ੍ਰੇਜ਼ੀ: Shabnam Asthana) ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਲੋਕ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਮਾਹਿਰ, ਬੁਲਾਰਾ, ਅਤੇ ਉੱਦਮੀ ਹੈ।[1][2] 2012 ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਸਨੂੰ ਜਨ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦੇ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਲਈ ਐਚ ਕੇ ਦੁਆ ਤੋਂ ਪੀਆਰਸੀਆਈ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਰਿਲੇਸ਼ਨਜ਼ ਹਾਲ ਆਫ਼ ਫੇਮ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਇਆ।[3]

ਅਸਥਾਨਾ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਬੋਕਾਰੋ ਸਟੀਲ ਸਿਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸਨੇ 1983 ਵਿੱਚ ਲੇਡੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਰਾਮ ਕਾਲਜ ਤੋਂ ਆਰਟਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਚਲਰ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਸਨੇ ਆਰਟਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਰਿਲੇਸ਼ਨਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਐਡਵਰਟਾਈਜ਼ਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੋਸਟ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਟ ਡਿਪਲੋਮਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਿੰਬਾਇਓਸਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਸਨੇ ਸਿੰਬਾਇਓਸਿਸ, ਪੁਣੇ ਤੋਂ ਮਾਰਕੀਟਿੰਗ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੋਸਟ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਟ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵੀ ਪੂਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ।[4]

ਅਸਥਾਨਾ ਨੇ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਡਿਫੈਂਸ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ, ਖੜਕਵਾਸਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ 2 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ।[5][6] ਐਨਡੀਏ ਛੱਡਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਉਸਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਕੰਪਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਅਖਬਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਰਸਾਲਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਫ੍ਰੀਲਾਂਸ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਲੇਖਕ ਵਜੋਂ ਵੀ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ।[7] ਉਸਨੇ ਸਿੰਬਾਇਓਸਿਸ, ਇੰਦਰਾ, IIBM, ਸਿੰਹਾਗੜ, ਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕਸ, NIILM, DY ਪਾਟਿਲ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਪੈਨਲਿਸਟ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਸਟ ਫੈਕਲਟੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਵੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ।

ਉਸਨੂੰ 2012 ਵਿੱਚ ਜਨ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦੇ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਲਈ ਪੀਆਰਸੀਆਈ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਵਿਖੇ ਹਾਲ ਆਫ਼ ਫੇਮ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਮਿਲਿਆ।[8] ਅਸਥਾਨਾ ਸੈਨ ਫਰਾਂਸਿਸਕੋ ਵਿੱਚ 2012 PRSSA 2012 ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਨ।[9][10] ਉਸਨੂੰ ਜਨਵਰੀ 2018 ਵਿੱਚ ਟਾਈਮਜ਼ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਤੋਂ ਗਲੋਬਲ ਪੀਆਰ ਲਈ ਟਾਈਮਜ਼ ਪਾਵਰ ਵੂਮੈਨ 2017 ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਮਿਲਿਆ।[11][12]

ਸਤੰਬਰ 2018 ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਸਨੂੰ ਟਾਈਮਜ਼ ਆਫ਼ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਤੋਂ ਟਾਈਮਜ਼ ਪਾਵਰ ਵੂਮੈਨ 2018 ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਮਿਲਿਆ।[13][14][15] ਅਗਲੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ, ਅਸਥਾਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਲੰਡਨ ਦੇ ਹਾਊਸ ਆਫ਼ ਕਾਮਨਜ਼ ਵਿਖੇ ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਸਨਮਾਨ[16][17] ਅਤੇ 2018 ਪੁਣੇ ਬੈਸਟ ਬ੍ਰਾਂਡ ਅਵਾਰਡ ਮਿਲੇ।[18][19] ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2019 ਵਿੱਚ, ਅਸਥਾਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਅਮੈਰੀਕਨ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਆਨਰੇਰੀ ਡਾਕਟਰੇਟ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।[20][21]
