[ਸੋਧੋ]ਸੰਦੀਪ ਮਾਰਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਦਿੱਲੀ (ਭਾਰਤ) ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। 1986 ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਦੀਪ ਮਾਰਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਫਿਲਮ ਸਿਟੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਪਰ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। 1987 ਵਿੱਚ ਨੋਇਡਾ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ 1988 ਵਿੱਚ ਨੋਇਡਾ ਫਿਲਮ ਸਿਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਸੰਦੀਪ ਮਾਰਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ 2019 ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਚੀਫ ਸਕਾਊਟ ਵਜੋਂ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। [8] [9]
