ਊਟੀ (ਜਾਂ ਉਟਕਮੰਡਲਮ) ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਤਮਿਲਨਾਡੂ ਪ੍ਰਾਂਤ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਹੈ। ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਅਤੇ ਤਮਿਲਨਾਡੂ ਦੀ ਸੀਮਾ ਉੱਤੇ ਬਸਿਆ ਇਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਮੁੱਖ ਰੂਪ ਵਲੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਹਿੱਲ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕੋਇੰਬਤੂਰ ਇੱਥੇ ਦਾ ਨਿਕਟਤਮ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡਾ ਹੈ। ਸੜਕ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਇਹ ਤਮਿਲਨਾਡੂ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਹਿਸਿਆਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਇੱਥੇ ਆਉਣ ਲਈ ਕੰਨੂਰ ਵਲੋਂ ਰੇਲਗੱਡੀ ਟਵਾਏ ਟ੍ਰੇਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਅੱਪੜਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਊਟੀ ਜਾਂ ਉਟਕਮੰਡਲਮ ਤਮਿਲਨਾਡੂ ਪ੍ਰਾਂਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੀਲਗਿਰੀ ਦੇ ਪਹਾੜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਸਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਇੱਕ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਪਹਾੜ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਥਾਂ ਹੈ। ਉਧਗਮੰਡਲਮ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਆਧਿਕਾਰਿਕ ਤਮਿਲ ਨਾਮ ਹੈ। ਊਟੀ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਤਲ ਤੋਂ ਲੱਗਭੱਗ 7,440 ਫੁੱਟ (2,268 ਮੀਟਰ) ਦੀ ਉੱਚਾਈ ਤੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ।
