ਖ਼ਾਕਾਨੀ ਜਾਂ ਖ਼ਾਗ਼ਾਨੀ (1121/1122 - 1190) (Persian: خاقانی) ਫ਼ਾਰਸੀ^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5]^[6] ਕਵੀ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਇਤਹਾਸਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਸ਼ਿਰਵਾਨ (ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਅਜਰਬਾਈਜਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ), ਸ਼ਿਰਵਾਨਸ਼ਾਹ ਦੇ ਦੀ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਹੋਇਆ। ਅਤੇ ਤਬਰੇਜ਼, ਇਰਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋਈ। ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਚਾਚਾ ਉਮਰ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਖਤਲਿਫ਼ ਸਾਹਿਤ, ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਲਾ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁਹਾਰਤ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੱਸਾਨ ਅਲਾਜਮ ਦਾ ਲਕਬ ਪਾਇਆ। ਅਬਵਾਲਾਲਾ ਗੰਜਵੀ ਦੇ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਗਿਰਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਧੀ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ਾਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ।
