ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਐਲਐਲਬੀ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਡਲਹੌਜ਼ੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਲਾਅ ਸਕੂਲ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ।
