[2][3]  ਆਮ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਨਵਾਬ ਛਤਾਰੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ (12 ਦਸੰਬਰ 1888[4] - 1982) ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਸੂਬੇ ਦਾ ਗਵਰਨਰ,[5][6] ਸੰਯੁਕਤ ਸੂਬੇ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ[7],  ਨਿਜ਼ਾਮ ਹੈਦਰਾਬਾਦ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ (ਭਾਵ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹੈਦਰਾਬਾਦ)[8] ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਕਾਊਟ ਸੀ।

ਨਵਾਬ ਛਤਾਰੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਗੋਲ ਮੇਜ਼ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ, ਜੋ ਸੇਂਟ ਜੇਮਜ ਪੈਲੇਸ, ਲੰਡਨ ਚ 12 ਨਵੰਬਰ 1930 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। [9] ਮੁਸਲਿਮ ਵਫਦ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਆਗਾ ਖਾਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਅਲੀ ਜਿਨਾਹ, ਸਰ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਸ਼ਫ਼ੀ, ਮੌਲਾਨਾ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਅਲੀ, ਡਾ ਸ਼ਫਤ ਅਲੀ, ਸਰ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਜਫਰੁੱਲਾ ਖਾਨ, ਨਵਾਬ ਛਤਾਰੀ, ਅਤੇ ਫਜਲੁਲ ਹੱਕ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਨ।[10]
