ਨਿਸਤੁਲਾ ਹੈਬਰ ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਲੇਖਕ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਸੰਪਾਦਕ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।[1] ਉਸ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਟਾਈਮਜ਼ ਆਫ਼ ਇੰਡੀਆ, ਦਿ ਇਕਨੋਮਿਕਸ ਟਾਈਮਜ਼, ਅਤੇ ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਐਕਸਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ।[2][3][4]

ਉਹ ਮੰਗਲੌਰ ਤੋਂ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਹੋਈ।[5] ਉਸ ਨੇ ਜੀਸਸ ਐਂਡ ਮੈਰੀ ਕਾਲਜ, ਦਿੱਲੀ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਆਫ਼ ਇਕਨਾਮਿਕਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮਾਜ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰ ਦੀ ਪਡ਼੍ਹਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ।[6]

ਹੈਬਰ 2000 ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।[7]

ਨਿਸਤੁਲਾ ਹੈਬਰ ਨੇ 2012 ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿੱਸ ਐਂਡ ਟੈੱਲ ਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਲਿਖੀ।[8][9][10][11][12] ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦੋ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ, ਕੇਬਲਸ ਐਂਡ ਕਿੰਗਸ (ਅਦਿੱਤੀ ਫਦਨਿਸ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸੰਪਾਦਿਤ) ਅਤੇ ਦ ਲਾਇਵਸ ਆਫ਼ਿਸ ਮੁਸਲਿਮਸ ਇਨਾਮ ਇੰਡੀਆ (ਅਬਦੁਲ ਸ਼ਬਾਬ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸੰਪਾਦਿਤ) ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਇਆ।[13] ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਿਬੰਧ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਜਨਤਾ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਇੰਗੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਨਾਲ ਡੀਲ ਕੀਤਾ।[13]
