19 ਮਈ 2024 ਨੂੰ, ਇੱਕ ਬੈੱਲ 212 ਹੈਲੀਕਾਪਟਰ ਇਰਾਨ ਦੇ ਵਰਜ਼ਾਕਾਨ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਹਾਦਸਾਗ੍ਰਸਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ, ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਖੁਦਫ਼ਰੀਨ ਤੋਂ ਤਬਰੀਜ਼ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।[1] ਹੈਲੀਕਾਪਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਈਰਾਨ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਇਬਰਾਹਿਮ ਰਈਸੀ, ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹੁਸੈਨ ਅਮੀਰ-ਅਬਦੁੱਲਾਹਿਆਨ, ਪੂਰਬੀ ਅਜ਼ਰਬਾਈਜਾਨ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਗਵਰਨਰ ਜਨਰਲ ਮਾਲੇਕ ਰਹਮਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੂਰਬੀ ਅਜ਼ਰਬਾਇਜਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਲੀਡਰ ਦੇ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦੇ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਅਲੀ ਅਲੇ-ਹਾਸ਼ਿਮ ਸਵਾਰ ਸਨ। ਈਰਾਨੀ ਰੈੱਡ ਕ੍ਰਿਸੈਂਟ ਸੁਸਾਇਟੀ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਨੌਂ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਚਾਲਕ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ।[2][3]

ਇਹ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਉਦੋਂ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਰਾਇਸੀ ਈਰਾਨ ਦੇ ਪੂਰਬੀ ਅਜ਼ਰਬਾਈਜਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜ਼ਰਬਾਈਜ਼ਾਨ-ਈਰਾਨ ਸਰਹੱਦ 'ਤੇ ਜੋਲਫਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।[4][5] ਇਸਲਾਮਿਕ ਰੀਪਬਲਿਕ ਆਫ਼ ਇਰਾਨ ਬ੍ਰੌਡਕਾਸਟਿੰਗ (ਆਈਆਰਆਈਬੀ) ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੰਘਣੇ ਜੰਗਲ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਕਾਰਨ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਿਆ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਭਾਰੀ ਬਾਰਸ਼, ਧੁੰਦ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਜ਼ ਹਵਾਵਾਂ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕੂਲ ਮੌਸਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਥਿਤੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਵਧ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਨ।[1] ਡਰੋਨ, ਖੋਜ ਅਤੇ ਬਚਾਅ ਟੀਮਾਂ, ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੁੱਤੇ, ਅਤੇ ਕੋਪਰਨਿਕਸ ਸੈਟੇਲਾਈਟ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਨੇ ਖੋਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕੀਤੀ।[6]

ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਰਾਇਸੀ (ਖੱਬੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਲੀਯੇਵ) (ਸੱਜੇ) ਅਜ਼ਰਬਾਈਜਾਨ-ਈਰਾਨ ਸਰਹੱਦ 'ਤੇ

19 ਮਈ 2024 ਨੂੰ, ਈਰਾਨ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਇਬਰਾਹਿਮ ਰਈਸੀ ਅਜ਼ਰਬਾਈਜਾਨ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਇਲਹਮ ਅਲੀਯੇਵ ਨਾਲ ਗਿਜ਼ ਗਲਾਸੀ ਪਣ-ਬਿਜਲੀ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਅਜ਼ਰਬਾਈਜ਼ਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਨ।[7] ਇਹ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਅਰਾਸ ਨਦੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਇਰਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਜ਼ਰਬਾਈਜਾਨ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਤੀਜਾ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਹੈ।[4][8] ਹਾਦਸੇ ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ, ਈਰਾਨ ਮੌਸਮ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਖੇਤਰ ਲਈ ਸੰਤਰੀ ਮੌਸਮ ਦੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।[9]

ਗਿਜ਼ ਗਲਾਸੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਰਾਇਸੀ, ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹੁਸੈਨ ਅਮੀਰ-ਅਬਦੁੱਲਾਹਿਆਨ, ਪੂਰਬੀ ਅਜ਼ਰਬਾਈਜਾਨ ਦੇ ਗਵਰਨਰ-ਜਨਰਲ ਮਾਲੇਕ ਰਹਮਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੂਰਬੀ ਅਜ਼ਰਬਾਇਜਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਲੀਡਰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਨਿਧ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਅਲੀ ਅਲੇ-ਹਾਸ਼ਿਮ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਇੱਕ ਹੈਲੀਕਾਪਟਰ ਦੋ ਹੋਰ ਹੈਲੀਕਾਪਟਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਰਵਾਨਾ ਹੋਇਆ।[10][1] ਲਗਭਗ 13:30 IRST (UTC + 03:30) ਤੇ ਰਾਇਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਲੀਕਾਪਟਰ ਕੁਝ ਯਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਕਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਥੋਡ਼੍ਹੀ ਦੇਰ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਰੈਸ਼ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।[2] ਊਰਜਾ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਲੀ ਅਕਬਰ ਮੇਹਰਾਬੀਅਨ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਊਸਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਟ੍ਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੇਹਰਦਾਦ ਬਾਜ਼ਰਪਾਸ਼, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਦੋ ਹੋਰ ਹੈਲੀਕਾਪਟਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ, ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਏ।[11]

ਵਿਵਾਦਪੂਰਨ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹੈਲੀਕਾਪਟਰ ਜਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਜੋਲਫਾ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਜਾਂ ਉਜ਼ੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਪੂਰਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਦਸਾਗ੍ਰਸਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।[4] ਹੈਲੀਕਾਪਟਰ ਦੀ ਸਹੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਦਾ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।[1] ਇਸਲਾਮਿਕ ਰਿਪਬਲਿਕ ਨਿਊਜ਼ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਨੇ ਆਵਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਸੁਣਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਪੂਰਬੀ ਅਜ਼ਰਬਾਈਜਾਨ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਵਰਜ਼ਾਕਾਨ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਨੇਡ਼ੇ ਉਜ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੀਰ ਦਾਵੂਦ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ, ਡੀਜ਼ਮਾਰ ਜੰਗਲ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਦਸਾਗ੍ਰਸਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ।[1]

ਰਿਕਵਰੀ ਦੇ ਯਤਨ[ਸੋਧੋ]

ਆਈ. ਆਰ. ਆਈ. ਬੀ. ਨੇ ਇਸ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਰਡ ਲੈਂਡਿੰਗ ਦੱਸਿਆ। ਇਸਲਾਮੀ ਗਣਰਾਜ ਈਰਾਨ ਆਰਮਡ ਫੋਰਸਿਜ਼ ਦੇ ਚੀਫ਼ ਆਫ਼ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਮੇਜਰ-ਜਨਰਲ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਬਘੇਰੀ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਾਖਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਸਰੋਤ ਤਾਇਨਾਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ।[11] ਭਾਰੀ ਧੁੰਦ ਨੇ ਵਰਜ਼ਾਕਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੋਜ ਅਤੇ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਤ ਕੀਤਾ।[12] ਦਿ ਗਾਰਡੀਅਨ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਖੋਜ ਅਤੇ ਬਚਾਅ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਦੇ 20:00 ਦੁਆਰਾ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਸੀ।[13] 20:39, ਈਰਾਨੀ ਫੌਜਾਂ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੇਡ਼ੇ ਸਨ।[14] ਈਰਾਨੀ ਰੈੱਡ ਕ੍ਰੇਸੈਂਟ ਸੁਸਾਇਟੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਚਾਲੀ ਬਚਾਅ ਟੀਮਾਂ, ਡਰੋਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ, ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੇਜੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਨ।[1][15] ਦਿ ਗਾਰਡੀਅਨ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਯਾਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਚਾਲਕ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕੀਤਾ।[16]

ਤੁਰਕੀ ਆਫ਼ਤ ਅਤੇ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਪ੍ਰੈਜ਼ੀਡੈਂਸੀ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਈਰਾਨ ਨੇ ਤੁਰਕੀ ਤੋਂ ਰਾਤ ਦੀ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਖੋਜ ਅਤੇ ਬਚਾਅ ਹੈਲੀਕਾਪਟਰ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ।[17] ਤੁਰਕੀ ਨੇ ਬੱਤੀ ਬਚਾਅ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਛੇ ਵਾਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ।[18]

ਈਰਾਨੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।[19] ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਸਕਿਓਰਿਟੀ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਤਬਰੀਜ਼ ਦੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਕੀਤੀ।[20]

ਖੋਜ[ਸੋਧੋ]

19 ਮਈ ਦੇ ਅਖੀਰ ਵਿੱਚ, ਆਈਆਰਆਈਬੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਹੈਲੀਕਾਪਟਰ ਲੱਭ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।[21] ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਈਰਾਨੀ ਰਾਜ ਟੈਲੀਵਿਜ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ, ਜਦੋਂ ਹੈਲੀਕਾਪਟਰ ਮਿਲਣ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਤਾਂ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ 'ਤੇ "ਜੀਵਨ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਨਹੀਂ" ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਕਿ ਹੈਲੀਕਾਪਟਰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਡ਼ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।[22][23]

ਇਰਾਨ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਲਾਈਨ ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਮੋਖਬਰ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਈਰਾਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਰਾਂ ਉਪ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਹਨ। ਜੇ ਇਸ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਉਪ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਤਬਦੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਈਰਾਨੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਛੇ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਇੱਕ ਨਵੀਂ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਚੋਣ ਸੱਦੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।[24]

ਸਰਬਉੱਚ ਨੇਤਾ ਅਲੀ ਖਾਮੇਨੇਈ ਨੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਖਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ, "ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਜਾਂ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਵੀ ਵਿਘਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਾਏਗਾ।[25][26][1] ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਟੈਲੀਵਿਜ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਫਾਰਸ ਨਿਊਜ਼ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੱ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਆਤਿਸ਼ਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਉੱਤੇ ਘੁੰਮਣ ਲੱਗੀਆਂ।[2] ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਇੱਕ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਸੱਦੀ।[19] ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਸਕਿਓਰਿਟੀ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਦੇ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਤਬਰੀਜ਼ ਦੀ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਕੀਤੀ।[20]

ਸੰਕਟ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਲਈ ਯੂਰਪੀਅਨ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਜਨੇਜ਼ ਲੇਨਾਰਿਕ ਨੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਯੂਰਪੀਅਨ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਈਰਾਨ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ 'ਤੇ ਕੋਪਰਨਿਕਸ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਸੇਵਾ (ਤੇਜ਼ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਿਰਿਆ ਸੈਟੇਲਾਈਟ ਮੈਪਿੰਗ) ਨੂੰ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਕਰੇਗੀ।[27] ਅਰਮੀਨੀਆ, ਅਜ਼ਰਬਾਈਜਾਨ, ਇਰਾਕ, ਤੁਰਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਰੂਸ ਨੇ ਖੋਜ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ।[28][29][30]
