ਫਰਮਾ:Underused external link template This external link template generates an external link from the "External links" section of a Wikipedia article to the archive of related articles from the Chicago Tribune.

Options

When invoke without parameters, the keyword and the anchor text default to the current article title:

* {{ChicagoTribuneKeyword}}

The first positional parameter is the Chicago Tribune keyword, and defaults to the current article title, lower-cased, with spaces replaced with dashes:

* {{ChicagoTribuneKeyword|Keyword}}

The second positional parameter is the link anchor text, and defaults to the current article title:

* {{ChicagoTribuneKeyword|Keyword|AnchorText}}

Note that these example usages show a leading asterisk "*" for a bulleted list since this template is most likely to be used in an "External links" section.

Detailed instructions

1. Go to the Keywords in the Chicago Tribune and search for and find the target subject (say, Michael Jordan).
2. You then reach a page with a URL of the form http://articles.chicagotribune.com/keyword/michael-jordan
3. In most cases, the Chicago Tribune keyword will be the article title, lower cased, with spaces replaced with dashes, in which case this template may simply be invoked with no parameters. Otherwise, the first positional parameter offers control over the Chicago Tribune keyword, and the second positional parameter offers control over the anchor text.
