ਅਗਾਰਾ ਝੀਲ ਅਗਾਰਾ, ਬੰਗਲੌਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ 80 ਏਕੜ ਦੀ ਝੀਲ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਵਰਥੁਰ ਝੀਲ ਲੜੀ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹੈ। ਮਾੜੀਵਾਲਾ ਝੀਲ ਉੱਪਰ ਵੱਲ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਬੇਲੰਦੂਰ ਝੀਲ ਥੱਲੇ ਵੱਲ ਨੂੰ ਹੈ । ਅੰਤਰ-ਝੀਲ ਕੁਨੈਕਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਖੰਡਨ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀਕਰਨ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਝੀਲ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 8-9ਵੀਂ ਸਦੀ ਦੀ ਹੈ। [2] [3]
ਇਹ ਝੀਲ ਮਾਦੀਵਾਲਾ ਝੀਲ, ਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਤੇ ਓਵਰ ਫਲੋ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਣ ਆਸੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਭਰ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ । [2] ਵਾਧੂ ਪਾਣੀ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਬੇਲੰਦੂਰ ਝੀਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। [2] ਬੇਲੰਦੂਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਾਰਾ ਝੀਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਇੱਕ ਤੂਫਾਨੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਨਿਕਾਸੀ ਜਾਂ ਰਾਜਾਕੁਲੁਵੇ ਹੈ। ਅਗਾਰਾ-ਬੇਲੰਦੂਰ ਖੇਤਰ ਜਾਂ ਵੈਟਲੈਂਡਜ਼ ਅਗਾਰਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਮਰੀ ਆਊਟਫਲੋ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਸਟ੍ਰੀਮ ਨੈਟਵਰਕ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਬੇਲੰਦੂਰ ਝੀਲ ਵੱਲ ਵਹਿਣ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। [4] ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧ ਨੇ ਵਿਖੰਡਨ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀਕਰਨ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ। [2] 1970 ਦੇ ਦਹਾਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਭੂਮੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਬਦੀਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਆਲੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਮੀ ਆਈ ਹੈ। [2]
