ਆਰੀਆਭੱਟ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ
ਆਰੀਆਭੱਟ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਇੱਕ ਸਲਾਨਾ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁਲਾੜ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਅਤੇ ਏਰੋਸਪੇਸ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੀਵਨ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।[1][2]
ਇਹ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਐਸਟ੍ਰੋਨਾਟਿਕਲ ਸੋਸਾਇਟੀ (ਏ ਐਸ ਆਈ) (ਸਥਾਪਿਤ 1990) ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ,[3][4][5]1958 ਤੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਐਸਟ੍ਰੋਨਾਟਿਕਲ ਫੈਡਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਆਮ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਪੱਤਰ ਅਤੇ ₹ 1 ਲੱਖ (₹ 100,000) ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
