ਡਿੰਪੀ ਭਲੋਟੀਆ (ਜਨਮ 1987) ਲੰਡਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਧਾਰਤ ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਟ੍ਰੀਟ ਫੋਟੋਗ੍ਰਾਫਰ ਹੈ।[1][2][3][4] 2020 ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਹ ਬ੍ਰਿਟਿਸ਼ ਜਰਨਲ ਆਫ਼ ਫੋਟੋਗ੍ਰਾਫੀ ਦੀ ਫੀਮੇਲ ਇਨ ਫੋਕਸ ਅਵਾਰਡ ਦੀ ਜੇਤੂ ਸੀ, ਅਤੇ ਆਈਫੋਨ ਫੋਟੋਗ੍ਰਾਫੀ ਅਵਾਰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰੈਂਡ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਜ਼ ਅਵਾਰਡ ਜਿੱਤਿਆ।[5][6]

ਭਲੋਟੀਆ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਲਣ-ਪੋਸ਼ਣ ਮੁੰਬਈ, ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਸਕੂਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਉਹ ਲੰਡਨ ਚਲੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਲੰਡਨ ਕਾਲਜ ਆਫ਼ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ, ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਆਫ਼ ਆਰਟਸ ਲੰਡਨ ਤੋਂ ਫੈਸ਼ਨ ਡਿਜ਼ਾਈਨ ਟੈਕਨੋਲੋਜੀ: ਵੂਮੈਨਸਵੀਅਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੀ. ਏ. ਕੀਤੀ।[7][8][9]
