English: A family in Savannakhet province of Laos takes advantage of good weather to eat outdoors, perhaps taking a lunch break during a workday. This family is Mangkong (also known as Makong), one of the 49 officially-recognized ethnic groups in Laos. The Mangkong largely live in Savannakhet and Khammuan provinces.
