ਨਮਰਤਾ ਸੁੰਦਰੇਸਨ ਇਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਉੱਦਮੀ, ਸ਼ੈੱਫ ਅਤੇ ਪਨੀਰ ਨਿਰਮਾਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੇ ਅਨੁਰਾਧਾ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਣਾਮੂਰਤੀ ਨਾਲ 2017 ਦਾ ਨਾਰੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਨਮਰਤਾ ਸੁੰਦਰੇਸਨ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਇਕ ਓਡੀਆ ਵਜੋਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਤਾਮਿਲਨਾਡੂ ਵਿਚ ਚੇਨਈ ਚਲੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।[1] ਉਸਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਬਣਾਇਆ। ਸੁੰਦਰਸਨ ਨੇ ਕੂਨੂਰ ਵਿਚ ਪਨੀਰ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਸਿਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੋਸਤ ਅਨੁਰਾਧਾ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਣਾਮੂਰਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਪਨੀਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਅਯੋਗ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੇਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ-ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ।[2] ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਾਰੀਗਰ ਪਨੀਰ ਨਿਰਮਾਤਾ ਕੌਸੇ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਉੱਦਮੀ ਸਦਕਾ ਉਸਨੇ 2017 ਦਾ ਨਾਰੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕੀਤਾ। ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਔਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਲ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ [3] ਤਰਫੋਂ, 2018 ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਦਿਵਸ 'ਤੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿਚ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਰਵਉੱਚ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਹੈ।[4]
ਸੁੰਦਰੇਸਨ ਇੱਕ ਸਵੈ-ਸਿਖਿਅਕ ਸ਼ੈੱਫ ਹੈ।[5] ਉਸਨੇ ਅਰੁੰਧਤੀ ਬਾਲਚੰਦਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਲਐਕਸਓ ਦੇ ਸੁਨੀਥੀ ਰਾਜ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਸੁਪਰ ਕਲੱਬ ਤੋਂ ਖਾਣਾ ਪਕਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ।[6] ਉਸਨੇ ਸਾਲ 2019 ਵਿਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਨੀਰ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਇੰਬਟੂਰ ਦੇ ਗੌਰਮੇਟ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ।[7] 2020 ਤਕ, ਉਸਨੇ 25 ਡਿਨਰ ਪਕਾਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੁੰਦਰੇਸਨ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਨਪਸੰਦ ਪਕਵਾਨ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਕਵਾਨ ਬਣਾਏ ਸਨ।
