If the image has an appropriate rationale then a reviewer will append

This will stop the message in the lower part of the template from being displayed.
Use of this template in the File space assigns pages to ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ:Non-free biographical images.
If |year= is defined, and ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ:Non-free biographical images published in year exists, the page will be assigned to that subcategory instead of to the general ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ:Non-free biographical images.
