Under U.S. copyright law, the copyrights of most works generally expire 95 years after publication. The {{Not-PD-US-expired-min-year}} template is used on the Copyright law of the United States article and various public domain copyright templates (template links) to calculate 95 years ago.

The template takes no parameters:

  2. Someone visits the page and manually purges or edits it.
