ਮੇਡੀਅਨ ਸਰੋਵਰ[2] ( simplified Chinese: 梅店水库; traditional Chinese: 梅店水庫; pinyin: Méidiàn shuǐkù ), ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਨਸ਼ਾਈਨ ਝੀਲ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ,[3] ਹੁਆਂਗਪੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ, ਵੁਹਾਨ ਸਿਟੀ, ਹੁਬੇਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਂਤ, ਚੀਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੇ ਆਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਰੋਵਰ[4] ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਸ਼ੇਸ਼ੂਈ ਨਦੀ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਨਦੀ ਲਿਸ਼ੂ 'ਤੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ। [5]
ਮੇਡੀਅਨ ਰਿਜ਼ਰਵਾਇਰ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਸਤੰਬਰ 1965 ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਰਚ 1969 ਵਿੱਚ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।[6] ਇਹ ਵੁਹਾਨ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਰੋਵਰ ਹੈ।[7] ਜਲ ਭੰਡਾਰ ਦਾ ਡੈਮ 31.4 ਮੀਟਰ ਉੱਚਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਸਤ੍ਹਾ 1333.3 ਹੈਕਟੇਅਰ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕੁੱਲ ਭੰਡਾਰਨ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ 163.54 ਮਿਲੀਅਨ ਘਣ ਮੀਟਰ ਹੈ।[8]
