Free files (Category:All free media): 33 (Click to see who uploaded)
Non-free files (Category:ਸਭ ਗ਼ੈਰ-ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਮੀਡੀਆ): 1,033
Files with no license (Category:Non Licensed Images): 767 (Click to see who uploaded)

Difference (originally 953) now 953 files.

The reason it does not sum up is because some files have both a free and a non-free template and other files do not have a license and some have a license that does not categorize the file in one of the 2 categories above.

Recent changes can be hard to find - look at Special:RecentChanges
