ਕਪਲਾ ਬੀਲ (ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਪਲਾ ਬਿੱਲ ਅਤੇ ਕਪਲਾ ਬਿਲ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ) ਅਸਾਮ ਦੇ ਬਾਰਪੇਟਾ ਜ਼ਿਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰਥੇਬਾੜੀ ਮਾਲ ਸਰਕਲ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਬਨਿਆਕੁਚੀ-ਹਲਦੀਬਾੜੀ ਦੇ ਦੱਖਣ ਵੱਲ ਸਥਿਤ ਇੱਕ ਝੀਲ ਅਤੇ ਝੀਲ ਹੈ। [1] ਇਹ ਵੈਟਲੈੰਡ ਕਈ ਜੀਵ ਜੰਤੂਆਂ ਦਾ ਘਰ ਹੈ । [2]

ਇਸ ਝੀਲ ਦਾ ਕੁੱਲ ਖੇਤਰਫਲ 25 ਹੈਕਟੇਅਰ ਹੈ। [3]
ਇਹ ਝੀਲ ਦੇਸੀ ਮੱਛੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਈ ਪ੍ਰਜਾਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਵਾਸ ਸਥਾਨ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਵਾਈ ( ਐਨਾਬਾਸ ਟੈਸਟੂਡੀਨਸ ), ਮੈਗੁਰ ( ਚਲਦੀ ਕੈਟਫਿਸ਼ ), ਸਿੰਗੀ ( ਹੇਟਰੋਪਨੀਉਸਟਸ ਫੋਸਿਲਿਸ ), ਸੋਲ ( ਸਨੇਕਹੈੱਡ ਮਰਲ ), ਪੁਥੀ ( ਜੈਤੂਨ ਦਾ ਬਾਰਬ ), ਖਲੀਹਾਨਾ ( ਟ੍ਰਿਕੋਗਾਸਟਰ ਫਾਸੀਆਟਾ ), ਬਰਾਲੀ ( ਵਾਲਗੋ ਅੱਟੂ ) ਆਦਿ [1]
