ਉਨਿਆਲ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਤਾਈਕਵਾਂਡੋ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਕਿਸ਼ੋਰ ਸੀ, ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਬਾਲਗ ਵਜੋਂ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਲਿਆ।[2]

ਗਿਨੀਜ਼ ਵਰਲਡ ਰਿਕਾਰਡਸ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, 9 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2022 ਨੂੰ, ਉਸਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਮਿੰਟ ਵਿੱਚ 1 ਕਿਲੋਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਵਜ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ 590 ਪੂਰੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਪੰਚ ਸਟ੍ਰਾਈਕ ਕੀਤੇ, ਅਤੇ 23 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ, 2022 ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਉਸਨੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਿੰਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 579 ਪੂਰੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕੂਹਣੀ ਦੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਕੀਤੇ।[6][7][8] ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਨਿਆਲ ਨੇ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਮਿੰਟ ਵਿੱਚ 120 ਸਟ੍ਰਾਈਕ[9] ਅਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਮਿੰਟਾਂ (ਇੱਕ ਲੱਤ) ਵਿੱਚ 263 ਸਟ੍ਰਾਈਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੋਡਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ ਦਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ।[10] ਉਸ ਨੇ[11] ਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ, ਤਿੰਨ ਮਿੰਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪੂਰੀ-ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕੂਹਣੀ ਵਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਗਿਨੀਜ਼ ਵਰਲਡ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ।[12][13]
ਫੌਜ ਦਿਵਸ 2017 ' ਤੇ, ਉਨਿਆਲ ਨੇ ਖੂਨਦਾਨ ਕੈਂਪ ਦੇ ਆਯੋਜਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 3,704 ਖੂਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਯੂਨਿਟਾਂ ਇਕੱਤਰ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ।[14][15]
