ਜਯੇਸ਼ਟਾ (Sanskrit: ज्येष्ठा, Jyeṣṭhā, "ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ") ਅਸ਼ੁੱਭ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੁਰਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਦੇਵੀ ਹੈ।[2] ਉਹ ਲਕਸ਼ਮੀ, ਚੰਗੇ ਭਾਗ ਅਤੇ ਸੁੰਦਰਤਾ ਦੀ ਦੇਵੀ, ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਭੈਣ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਹੈ।
ਜਯੇਸ਼ਟਾ ਅਸ਼ੁੱਭ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਪੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਆਲਸ, ਗਰੀਬੀ, ਦੁੱਖ, ਕੁੜੱਤਣ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਗਾ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਜੁੜੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।
