ਜੋਤੀ ਦੇਸ਼ਪਾਂਡੇ ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ਿਲਮ ਨਿਰਮਾਤਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਵਰਤਮਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਇਆਕਾਮ18 ਦੀ ਸੀ.ਈ.ਓ. ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਈਰੋਜ਼ ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਦੀ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਸੀਈਓ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੇਜਿੰਗ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਸੀ।[1][2][3][4][5]
ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਫਾਰਚਿਊਨ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਬਿਜ਼ਨਸ ਟੂਡੇ ਦੀਆਂ 50 ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਿਜ਼ਨਸ ਸੂਚੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।[6]

ਦੇਸ਼ਪਾਂਡੇ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ 1972 ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੰਬਈ, ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।
ਉਸਨੇ ਨਰਸੀ ਮੋਨਜੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਆਫ਼ ਕਾਮਰਸ ਐਂਡ ਇਕਨਾਮਿਕਸ ਤੋਂ ਬੈਚਲਰ ਆਫ਼ ਕਾਮਰਸ ਅਤੇ ਇਕਨਾਮਿਕਸ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਵਿੱਤ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਟਿਊਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ 1993 ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੰਬਈ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਐਸਪੀ ਜੈਨ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ ਆਫ਼ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਐਂਡ ਰਿਸਰਚ ਤੋਂ ਐਮਬੀਏ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਚਲੀ ਗਈ।[7][8][9][10][11]

ਐੱਮ.ਬੀ.ਏ. ਦੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਜੋਤੀ ਦੇਸ਼ਪਾਂਡੇ ਨੇ ਯੂਕੇ-ਅਧਾਰਤ ਫਰਮ ਮਾਈਂਡਸ਼ੇਅਰ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਅਹੁਦਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਹ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਸੀ। ਉਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਜ਼ੀ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਦੀ ਸੇਲਜ਼ ਐਂਡ ਮਾਰਕੀਟਿੰਗ ਹੈੱਡ ਸੀ। ਉਹ ਜ਼ੀ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜੇਮਸ ਵਾਲਟਰ ਥਾਮਸਨ, ਇੱਕ ਵਿਗਿਆਪਨ ਫਰਮ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਚਲੀ ਗਈ। ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਟੀਮ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸੀ ਜਿਸਨੇ 1999 ਅਤੇ 2001 ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ B4U ਟੈਲੀਵਿਜ਼ਨ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ।[12] 2018 ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਹ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਵਜੋਂ ਰਿਲਾਇੰਸ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਈ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਮੁਕੇਸ਼ ਅੰਬਾਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਕੀਤੀ।[13][14]
ਉਹ ਹੁਣ ਵਾਇਆਕਾਮ18 ਦੀ ਸੀ.ਈ.ਓ. ਲਿਮਿਟੇਡ[15] ਉਹ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਈਰੋਜ਼ ਇੰਟਰਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਦੀ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਸੀਈਓ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੇਜਿੰਗ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਸੀ।[16][17][18]
ਉਹ ਰਿਲਾਇੰਸ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀਜ਼ ਲਿਮਟਿਡ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਟੈਂਟ ਬਿਜ਼ਨਸ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਵੀ ਹੈ।[19][20]
