ਜੋਧਿਆ ਬਾਈ ਬੇਗਾ
ਜੋਧਈਆ ਬਾਈ ਬੇਗਾ (ਜਨਮ ਅੰ. 1939 ) ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਵਧੀਆ ਕਲਾਕਾਰ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਬੇਗਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਉਮਰੀਆ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਲੋਰਹਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।[1] ਉਸ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਬੇਟੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਬੇਟੀ ਹੈ।[2] ਉਹ ਜੰਗਲ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਖਾਦ, ਬਾਲਣ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਵੇ ਵੇਚ ਕੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਕਮਾਉਂਦੀ ਸੀ।[3][2]
ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਚਾਲੀਵਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੀ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਤੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਚਿੱਤਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਰਨੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ।[1] ਉਸ ਦੀ ਕਲਾਤਮਕ ਸ਼ੈਲੀ ਦੀ ਤੁਲਨਾ ਜੰਗ ਸਿੰਘ ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਗੋਂਡ ਸੀ।[2] ਕੈਨਵਸ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਗਜ਼ 'ਤੇ ਚਿੱਤਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਉਹ ਹੁਣ ਹੋਰ ਮਾਧਿਅਮ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਮਿੱਟੀ, ਧਾਤ ਅਤੇ ਲੱਕੜ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ; ਉਸਦਾ ਪੋਤਾ ਮਾਸਕ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਪੇਂਟ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਬੇਗਾ ਨਮੂਨੇ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਮਹੂਆ ਦੇ ਰੁੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਹੈ।[2][4] ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਸਵੀਰਾਂ ਭੋਪਾਲ, ਦਿੱਲੀ, ਮਿਲਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਰਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ।[5][1][2] 2022 ਵਿੱਚ, ਉਸਨੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਨਾਰੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਪੁਰਸਕਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤਾ।[5] ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਉਸਨੂੰ 2023 ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਦਮ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ[6]
