ਥਰਮਲ ਪੇਸਟ
ਥਰਮਲ ਪੇਸਟ ਇੱਕ ਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਗਰੀਸ ਜਾ ਫਿਰ ਕੰਮਪਾਉਂਡ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸੀ.ਪੀ.ਯੂ ਅਤੇ ਸੀ.ਪੀ.ਯੂ ਕੂਲਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਬੰਧਨ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਮਕੈਨੀਕਲ ਤਾਕਤ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਸੀ.ਪੀ.ਯੂ ਕੂਲਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
