ਪਿੰਡੋਰੀ ਖੁਰਦ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੀਂ ਪਿੰਡੋਰੀ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਵਜ਼ੀਰਾਬਾਦ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ, ਗੁਜਰਾਂਵਾਲਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ, ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਛੋਟਾ ਜਿਹਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਹੈ। [1] [2]
ਜਨਸੰਖਿਆ[ਸੋਧੋ]
ਪਿੰਡੋਰੀ ਖੁਰਦ ਦੀ ਆਬਾਦੀ 1,800 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਗੁਜਰਾਂਵਾਲਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਭਗ 41 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਉੱਤਰ ਪੱਛਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਸਿਆ ਹੈ। 97% ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਵਸੋਂ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਈਸਾਈ ਵਸੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ 3% ਹਨ। [3] [4] ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਲੋਕ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹਨ। ਪਿੰਡੋਰੀ ਖੁਰਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹੇ-ਲਿਖੇ ਲੋਕ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹਨ। [5] ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਹਨ। [6]

ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਹੈ। [7] ਉੱਚ-ਪੱਧਰ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਕੁਝ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਕਾਲਸਕੇ ਚੀਮਾ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਗੁਜਰਾਂਵਾਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਹੌਰ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਕੁਝ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਅਦਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
