ਫਰਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਕੋਚਾਈ (ਜਨਮ 1992) ਇੱਕ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨ ਸਿਆਸਤਦਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨ ਸੰਸਦ (ਵੋਲੇਸੀ ਜਿਰਗਾ) ਦੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹੈ। [1]

ਉਸ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਬਘਲਾਨ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। [2]
