ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਰੋਕੂ ਐਕਟ, 1988 ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਪਾਰਲੀਮੈਂਟ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਇੱਕ ਐਕਟ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਐਕਟ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਬਣਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਐਕਟ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਵਪਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਹਿਤ ਖੇਤਰ (ਪਬਲਿਕ ਸੈਕਟਰ) ਵਿੱਚ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਲੜਨਾ ਹੈ।
