ਮੇਹਰ ਬਾਨੋ (ਅੰਗ੍ਰੇਜ਼ੀ: Mehar Bano; Urdu: مہر بانو) ਇੱਕ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨੀ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ-ਡਰਾਮਾ ਦਾਘ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਮਾਮਾ ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਲਕਸ ਸਟਾਈਲ ਅਵਾਰਡਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਵੋਤਮ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀ ਲਈ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦਗੀ ਮਿਲੀ ਸੀ।[1] ਉਸਨੇ ARY ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਦੀ ਬਾਲਾ (2018) ਵਿੱਚ ਬਟੂਲ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਾਸ ਤੁਮ ਹੋ (2019) ਵਿੱਚ ਅਨੁਸ਼ੈ ਦੀਆਂ ਭੂਮਿਕਾਵਾਂ ਵੀ ਨਿਭਾਈਆਂ।

ਉਸਨੇ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਕਾਲਜ ਆਫ਼ ਆਰਟਸ (NCA) ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਆਪਣਾ ਕਰੀਅਰ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਬਾਨੋ ਟੈਲੀਵਿਜ਼ਨ ਨਾਟਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੰਮ ਲਈ ਜਾਣੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੇ ARY ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਦੇ ਦਾਗ (2012) ਵਿੱਚ ਉਮਾਮਾ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਉਸਨੂੰ 13ਵੇਂ ਲਕਸ ਸਟਾਈਲ ਅਵਾਰਡਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਬੋਤਮ ਟੈਲੀਵਿਜ਼ਨ ਅਭਿਨੇਤਰੀ ਲਈ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।[2] ਉਹ ਅੱਗੇ ਮਿਸ ਫਾਇਰ (2013), ਉਫ ਯੇ ਮੁਹੱਬਤ (2014) ਅਤੇ ਬੰਟੀ ਆਈ ਲਵ ਯੂ (2014) ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਈ।[3]
