ਮੋਨੋਕਾਟ(ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ:Monocot) ਜਾਂ ਏਕਬੀਜਪਤਰੀ ਸਪੁਸ਼ਪਕ ਬੂਟੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਸਮੂਹ ਹੈ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੀਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਹੀ ਬੀਜਪਤਰ (ਕਾਟਿਲਿਡਨ) ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਪਰੀਤ ਯੁਡਿਕਾਟ (Eudicot) ਬੂਟੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਬੀਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਬੀਜਪਤਰ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਫੂਲਧਾਰੀ(ਸਪੁਸ਼ਪਕ) ਬੂਟੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਇਹੀ ਦੋ ਮੁੱਖ ਸ਼ਰੇਣੀਆਂ ਹਨ।[1]
