ਵੈਸਟਲੈਂਡ ਬੁਕਸ ਜਾਂ ਵੈਸਟਲੈਂਡ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ ਘਰ ਹੈ। ਇਸਦੀ 1962 ਵਿੱਚ ਪਦਮਨਾਭਨ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਹਿ-ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਈਸਟ ਵੈਸਟ ਬੁੱਕਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਹੇਠ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ। [1] ਟਾਟਾ ਕੋਲ 2008 ਤੋਂ ਟਰੈਂਟ (ਵੈਸਟਸਾਈਡ) ਅਧੀਨ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਇਸਦੀ ਮਲਕੀਅਤ ਹੈ। [2] ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨ 2017 ਤੋਂ 2022 ਤੱਕ ਐਮਾਜ਼ਾਨ ਯੂਰੇਸ਼ੀਆ ਹੋਲਡਿੰਗਜ਼ SARL ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਐਮਾਜ਼ਾਨ ਦੀ ਮਲਕੀਅਤ ਸੀ [2] [3]ਇਸਦੇ ਇਮਪ੍ਰਿੰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਟੈਕਸਟ, ਏਕਾ, ਰੈੱਡ ਪਾਂਡਾ, ਟਰਾਂਕਬਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ। [4] [5] [6]
ਫਰਵਰੀ 2022 ਵਿੱਚ, ਐਮਾਜ਼ਾਨ ਨੇ ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਇਹ "ਪੂਰੀ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ" ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਵੈਸਟਲੈਂਡ ਬੁੱਕਸ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। [7] [8] [9] ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ 2022 ਵਿੱਚ, ਇਹ ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਵੈਸਟਲੈਂਡ ਟੀਮ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਔਨਲਾਈਨ ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਲਿਪੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝੇਦਾਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। [10] [11] ਕਹਿਣ ਦਾ ਭਾਵ ਕਿ ਵੈਸਟਲੈੰਡ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਹ ਕਿਤਾਬਾਂ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਓਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਲਿਪੀ ਤੇ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।
