ਸ਼ਾਜਿਆਸੀ ਸਰੋਵਰ[1] ( simplified Chinese: 夏家寺水库; traditional Chinese: 夏家寺水庫; pinyin: Yuànjī sì shuǐkù ), ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਲਾਨ ਝੀਲ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ,[2] ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੇ ਆਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਰੋਵਰ ਹੈ।[3] ਮੂਲਾਨ ਟਾਊਨਸ਼ਿਪ, ਹੁਆਂਗਪੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰ-ਪੂਰਬ ਵਿੱਚ, ਵੁਹਾਨ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ, ਹੁਬੇਈ ਪ੍ਰਾਂਤ, ਚੀਨ, ਜ਼ਜਿਆਸੀ ਨਦੀ ਦੇ ਉੱਪਰਲੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਸ਼ੀ ਨਦੀ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਨਦੀ[4] ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਮੁੱਖ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਸਿੰਚਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਨਿਯੰਤਰਣ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਜਲ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੇ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਲਾਭ ਵੀ ਹਨ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਜਨਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਰ-ਸਪਾਟਾ।[5]
ਸ਼ਾਜਿਆਸੀ ਸਰੋਵਰ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਨਵੰਬਰ 1959 ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੰਬਰ 1965 ਵਿੱਚ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋਇਆ[6] ਸੀ। 2,000 ਹੈਕਟੇਅਰ[7] ਦੇ ਸਤਹ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਅਤੇ 253.5 ਮਿਲੀਅਨ ਘਣ ਮੀਟਰ ਦੀ ਸਟੋਰੇਜ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਸਰੋਵਰ ਦੀ ਡੈਮ ਦੀ ਉਚਾਈ 30.8 ਮੀਟਰ ਹੈ।[8]
