ਹਰਾ ਬਸੰਤਾ ਜਾਂ ਭੂਰੇ ਸਿਰ ਵਾਲਾ ਬਾਰਬੇਟ ( ਸਾਈਲੋਪੋਗਨ ਜ਼ੀਲਾਨਿਕਸ ) ਇੱਕ ਏਸ਼ੀਆਈ ਬਸੰਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਜਾਤੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਉਪ-ਮਹਾਂਦੀਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਸਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਇਹ ਗਰਮ ਖੰਡੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਪ-ਉਪਖੰਡੀ ਨਮੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਚੌੜੇ ਪੱਤਿਆਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਜੰਗਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਹੈ, ਇਸਦੀ ਸੀਮਾ ਉੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਨੇਪਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਰਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਦੱਖਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਲੰਕਾ ਤੱਕ ਫੈਲੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਇਦੀਪ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਇਹਨੂੰ IUCN ਲਾਲ ਸੂਚੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਵਜੋਂ ਸੂਚੀਬੱਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।^[5]
