ਹਾਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਣੀ ਇੱਕ ਕਿਤਾਬ ਹੈ ਜੋ 1996 ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਭਾਲਵਾਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਲੇਖਕ ਮਾਰਕ ਸ਼ੈਂਡ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਲਿਖੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਕਿਤਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਬੀਬੀਸੀ ਡਾਕੂਮੈਂਟਰੀ ਕਵੀਨ ਆਫ ਦ ਐਲੀਫੈਂਟਸ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ, ਮੋਜੂਦਾ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਮਹਾਵਤ - ਕਾਜ਼ੀਰੰਗਾ ਦੀ ਪਾਰਬਤੀ ਬਰੂਆ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ 'ਤੇ ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਸੀ।[1] ਕਿਤਾਬ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਿਕਸ ਲਿਟਰੇਅਰ ਡੀ ਐਮਿਸ ਅਵਾਰਡ ਅਤੇ ਥਾਮਸ ਕੁੱਕ ਟ੍ਰੈਵਲ ਬੁੱਕ ਅਵਾਰਡ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਲਈ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਿਆ।[2] [3]
