ਸਿੱਖਿਆ

ਸਾਨ ਜੁਆਨ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਮੁਢਲੀ ਵਿੱਦਿਆ ਫਿਲੀਪੀਅਨਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੋਨਿਫਸੀਓ ਐਲੀਮੈਂਟਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿਖੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਜੋਸ ਅਬਾਦ ਸੰਤੋਸ ਹਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ 1958 ਵਿੱਚ ਫਿਲੀਪੀਅਨਸ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੁਏਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਪੂਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮਾਸਟਰਜ਼ ਡਿਗਰੀ 1962 ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹਾਰਵਰਡ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਤੋਂ 1965 ਵਿੱਚ ਰੌਕੇਫ਼ੈੱਲਰ ਫ਼ਾਊਂਡੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਪੀਐਚ.ਡੀ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਹ ਇਟਲੀ ਦੇ ਬੇਲਾਗਾਓ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੌਕੀਫੈਲਰ ਸਟੱਡੀ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਥੀ ਸੀ।
