ਅਪਰਾਜਿਤਾ ਗੋਪੀ
ਅਪਰਾਜਿਤਾ ਗੋਪੀ ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸਿਆਸਤਦਾਨ ਹੈ। 2013 ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਆਲ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਫਾਰਵਰਡ ਬਲਾਕ ਦੀ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਬਣ ਗਈ।[1] 2009 ਤੱਕ ਉਹ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਬੰਗਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਕੱਤਰੇਤ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਸੀ।[2] 2000 ਤੱਕ ਉਹ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਚੇ ਦਰਜੇ ਦੀ ਔਰਤ ਸੀ।[3] ਉਹ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਵਿੰਗ ਆਲ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਅਗਰਗਾਮੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਸਮਿਤੀ ਦੀ ਚੇਅਰ ਵੂਮੈਨ ਹੈ।[4] ਉਹ 1977 ਤੋਂ 1991 ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਬੰਗਾਲ ਦੀ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਰਹੀ।
ਕੂਚ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਨੀਤੀ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਉਸਨੇ ਨੇਤਾਜੀ ਸੁਭਾਸ਼ ਚੰਦਰ ਬੋਸ ਦੇ ਜਨਮ ਦਿਨ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਲਈ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ।[5]
ਗੋਪੀ ਨੇ ਕੂਚ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਸੀਟ ਤੋਂ 1972 ਦੀ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਬੰਗਾਲ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣ ਲੜੀ ਸੀ। ਉਹ 19,846 ਵੋਟਾਂ (40.07%) ਨਾਲ ਦੂਜੇ ਸਥਾਨ 'ਤੇ ਰਹੀ।[6] ਉਸਨੇ 1977 ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸੇ ਸੀਟ ਤੋਂ ਚੋਣ ਲੜੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਿੱਤੀ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ 32,792 ਵੋਟਾਂ (63.07%) ਮਿਲੀਆਂ।[7] ਗੋਪੀ ਨੇ 1982 ਵਿੱਚ ਕੂਚ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਸੀਟ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਕਰਾਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ, 46,810 ਵੋਟਾਂ (57.15%) ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ, ਅਤੇ 1987 ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ, 49,172 ਵੋਟਾਂ (54.74%) ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ।[8][9]
