ਕਲੇਅਰ ਕਹਾਨੇ
ਕਲੇਅਰ ਕਹਾਨੇ (ਜਨਮ 1938 ਨੂੰ ਨਿਊਯਾਰਕ ਸਿਟੀ)[1] ਇੱਕ ਅਮਰੀਕੀ ਲੇਖਕ, ਵਿਦਵਾਨ, ਅਤੇ ਨਾਰੀਵਾਦੀ ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਆਲੋਚਕ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਬਫੈਲੋ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਵਿੱਖੇ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ 1974 ਤੋਂ 2000 ਤੱਕ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਇਆ।[2] ਕਾਹਨੇਪੈਸ਼ਨਸ ਆਫ਼ ਦ ਵਾਇਸ , ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਦੀ ਵਾਰਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਦ ਸਟਰੈਟਜੀ ਆਫ਼ ਹਾਇਸਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਡਿਸਕੋਰਸ ਦੀ ਲੇਖਿਕਾ ਹੈ।[3] ਕਾਹੇਨ ਚਾਰਲਸ ਬਰਨਹਿਮਰ ਨਾਲ ਡੋਰਾ'ਸ ਕੇਸ ਦੀ ਸਹਿ-ਸੰਪਾਦਕ ਵੀ ਹੈ, ਨਾਰੀਵਾਦੀ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀਕੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਲੇਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਸੰਗ੍ਰਹਿ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਗਮੰਡ ਫ਼ਰਾਇਡ ਦੀ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।[4] ਕਾਹਨੇ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਨੇ ਨਿਊ ਯਾਰ੍ਕ ਸਿਟੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਤੋਂ ਅੰਡਰਗ੍ਰੈਜੁਏਟ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਲੀਫੋਰਨੀਆ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ, ਬਰਕਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਪੀਐਚ.ਡੀ ਦੀ ਡਿਗਰੀ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਖੋਜ ਨਿਬੰਧ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਫ਼ਲੈਨਰੀ ਓਕਾਨਰ ਦਾ ਗਲਪ ਰੱਖਿਆ।
