ਗੁਆਨਯਿੰਗ ਸਰੋਵਰ ( Chinese: 观音阁水库[3]) ਤਾਈਜ਼ੀ ਨਦੀ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਧਾਰਾ,[4][5] ਕਾਉਂਟੀ, ਲਿਓਨਿੰਗ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਦਾ ਸਰੋਵਰ ਹੈ।[6] ਇਸਦੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਸਤਹ 62 ਵਰਗ ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਹੈ,[7] ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਕੁੱਲ ਭੰਡਾਰਨ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ 2.2 ਬਿਲੀਅਨ ਘਣ ਮੀਟਰ ਹੈ।[8]
ਗੁਆਨਯਿੰਗ ਸਰੋਵਰ ਇੱਕ ਚੀਨ-ਜਾਪਾਨੀ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਹੈ,[9] ਜੋ ਕਿ 1.568 ਬਿਲੀਅਨ ਯੂਆਨ ਦੇ ਕੁੱਲ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ, ਜਪਾਨੀ ਯੇਨ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਲਿਓਨਿੰਗ ਪ੍ਰਾਂਤ ਅਤੇ ਪੀਪਲਜ਼ ਰੀਪਬਲਿਕ ਆਫ ਚਾਈਨਾ ਦੇ ਜਲ ਸਰੋਤ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਹੈ [10] [11] ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 11.78 ਬਿਲੀਅਨ ਯੇਨ ਜਾਪਾਨੀ ਯੇਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।[12]
