ਜਾਪਾਨੀ ਪੜਨਾਂਵ ਜਾਪਾਨੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪੜਨਾਂਵ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਹ ਸੂਚੀ ਅਧੂਰੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਕਈ ਉਪਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।

ਵਾਗਾ waga わが 我が ਬਹੁਤ ਰਸਮੀ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਇਸਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਹੈ "ਮੇਰਾ" ਜਾਂ "ਆਪਣਾ"। ਮਿਸਾਲ 我が社 waga-sha (ਸਾਡੀ ਕੰਪਨੀ) ਜਾਂ 我が国 waga-kuni (ਸਾਡਾ ਦੇਸ਼)।
ਓਰੇ ore おれ ਗ਼ੈਰ-ਰਸਮੀ ਮਰਦ ਮਰਦਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਮਾਰਦਾਨਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਭਾਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।[2] ਦੋਸਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਜਾਣ-ਪਛਾਣ ਦੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਦਾ ਚਿੰਨ੍ਹ ਹੈ। ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਈਦੋ ਕਾਲ ਤੱਕ ਇਸਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਲਿੰਗਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਸੀ।

ਊਚੀ uchi うち 家, 内 ਗ਼ੈਰ-ਰਸਮੀ ਔਰਤਾਂ (ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ) Means "one's own". Often used in western dialects especially the Kansai dialect. Generally written in kana. Plural form uchi-ra is used by ਦੋਵੇਂ genders. Singular form is also used by ਦੋਵੇਂ sexes when talking about the household, e.g., "uchi no neko" ("my/our cat"), "uchi no chichi-oya" ("my father"); also used in less ਰਸਮੀ business speech to mean "our company", e.g., "uchi wa sandai no rekkaasha ga aru" ("we (our company) have three tow-trucks").
ਆਪਣਾ ਹੀ ਨਾਂ ਗ਼ੈਰ-ਰਸਮੀ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਛੋਟਿਆਂ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਓਈਰਾ oira おいら ਗ਼ੈਰ-ਰਸਮੀ ਦੋਵੇਂ ore ਦੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਰ ਉਸ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਗ਼ੈਰ-ਰਸਮੀ।
ਓਰਾ ora おら ਗ਼ੈਰ-ਰਸਮੀ ਦੋਵੇਂ Dialect in Kanto and further north. Similar to おいら oira, but more rural. Famous as used by main characters in Dragon Ball and Crayon Shin-chan among children. Also ura in some dialects.
ਵਾਤੇ wate わて ਗ਼ੈਰ-ਰਸਮੀ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਕਾਨਸਾਈ ਉਪਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਸ਼ੋਸੇਈ shōsei しょうせい 小生 ਰਸਮੀ, ਲਿਖਤ ਮਰਦ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਹਲਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤੋਂ।[3]
