ਦਰਬਾਰ (ਸਿਰਲੇਖ)
ਦਰਬਾਰ ਜਾਂ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਇੱਕ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਜਾਂ ਆਦਰ ਦਾ ਸਿਰਲੇਖ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਮੁੱਖ ਤੌਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।[1][2][3]ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜਾਂ ਛੋਟੇ ਛੋਟੇ ਰਿਆਸਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ, ਜੋ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਯੁੱਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਜੋਂ ਜਾਣੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਨਮਾਨਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਿਰਲੇਖ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।
ਚਾਰਨਜ਼ ਤੌਰ ਉੱਤੇ, ਕੈਥੀਸ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ-ਗਤੀਸ਼ੀਲਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਕਾਠੀ, ਮੇਰਸ, ਚਰਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਰਾਜਪੂਤ ਦੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਵੀ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।[4][5][6][7]
ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ, ਕਿਸੇ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਰਿਆਸਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਜਾਤੀ ਜਾਂ ਵੰਸ਼ਵਾਦੀ ਸਰਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਦੀ ਆਮ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।[8] ਸਿਰਲੇਖ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, ਦਰਬਾਰ ਨਾਮਕ ਕੋਈ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਅਧਿਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਸੀ।[9][7] ਇੱਕ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸਲੀ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਰਿਆਸਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਸਰਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਪੇਂਡੂ ਗੁਜਰਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
