ਨੇਤਰ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਪਿੰਡ [1] ਹੈ। [2] ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕੀ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ, ਨੇਤਰ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਦੇ ਜੋਧਪੁਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀ ਬਾਵੜੀ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਹੈ। [3] ਨੇਤਰ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਾਮ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਦਾ ਇਕਲੌਤਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਹੈ। [3] ਇਹ ਪਿੰਡ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ 65 ਬਾਓਰੀ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਦੱਖਣ-ਪੱਛਮ ਵੱਲ ਸੜਕ ਰਾਹੀਂ 8 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ, ਅਤੇ ਜੋਧਪੁਰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰ-ਪੂਰਬ ਵੱਲ ਸੜਕ ਰਾਹੀਂ 37 ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ। [4]
